Our Story

About Us

Hi! I’m Angie, and this is my husband, Kirk. Along with our kids, we raise doodles on our family farm in Payson, Utah. What started as a love for animals has grown into a hands-on, heart-led breeding program focused on health, temperament, and connection.

At Country Sky Doodles, our puppies are born and raised in our home. They grow up surrounded by children, other animals, and the everyday rhythm of farm life. This early environment helps them become confident, well-adjusted, and ready to thrive in family settings.

We use proven techniques like Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), daily socialization, and structured routines to give every puppy the best start possible. Our parent dogs go through full health and genetic testing, and each puppy receives age-appropriate vaccinations, regular deworming, and consistent veterinary care.

What truly sets us apart is how we raise our puppies, with time, intention, and a whole lot of love. We’re not just here for go-home day. We’re here to support you for the long haul, and we take pride in placing our puppies with families who value care, connection, and lifelong companionship.

FAQ's

What do I feed my puppy?

We send all of our puppies home with a care package that includes a small blanket that smells like mom and litter mates, as well as a small bag of dog food to transition them onto whatever feed you will use.

How do I start potty training?

All puppies begin crate training before going home, giving them a head start on learning where to go. Our goal is to make the move to your home as calm and stress-free as possible.

Are Doodles hard to groom?

Doodles shed very little, but they do require regular maintenance. Plan on brushing them a few times a week and scheduling grooming every couple of months, depending on your preferred coat length.

Will my puppy have vaccinations?

Yes, your puppy will receive their first set of vaccinations before pickup. However, they won’t be fully protected until around 16 weeks of age. Vaccines are given every 3 to 4 weeks until that point. Until then, avoid high-risk outdoor areas where viruses like parvo can linger in the soil for up to two years.

How big will my Doodle get?

Based on genetic testing and parent size, we provide an estimated adult size range. The nature of doodle genetics means exact size can vary, but we’ll give you our best prediction.
